| If
you inform us that a particular logo in LogoBase is outdated
or otherwise inaccurate, SGI will review the logo and, if
SGI agrees that revision is necessary or appropriate, SGI
will revise the logo for you at no additional cost. This
offer is good for one year from the date of your initial
purchase and continues so long as you purchase annual updates.
To obtain a revised logo, you must call SGI and identify
the logo that needs revision. If SGI does not have
an original, the development process time will be expedited
if you send SGI a new original of the logo, ideally an ad
slick and full color copy. |
| SGI
reserves the right to remove any logo from LogoBase, and
you agree, upon notification from SGI that a particular
logo has been removed, to discontinue and refrain from any
further use of the logo for any purpose. |
