acceptance of this LogoBase License Agreement, you will receive
the following: |

Over
800 high quality, full color retail logos on a CD in standard graphic
formats. LogoBase is not software - it is similar to clip-art |
|
|
Any
software containing import filters will accept the file types on
your LogoBase CD |
|
|
The
CD for PC contains WMF, CMX, GIF, BMP and JPG files (TIFF files
are available upon request) |
|
|
The
CD for Macintosh contains Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw, EPS
and GIF |
|
|
A
color catalog of LogoBase logos |
| Upon
purchase of quarterly update services, you will receive the following: |
|
|
A
new LogoBase CD and catalog page automatically shipped to you quarterly
for each of the next four consecutive quarters following your purchase
(Update releases are distributed on the 15th of January, April,
July and October) |

|
Each
quarterly update contains a minimum of 25 new logos and any revisions
to existing logos |
| As
part of the update subscription services, upon your request we will
build additional retail logos, subject to certain restrictions.
Although we honor most requests, we reserve the right to decline
a request for a particular logo. Once a requested logo is
built and tested, it will be emailed to you and included in a subsequent
quarterly release. We do not create manufacturer logos. |
